SparkForge Academy is a premium AI-powered summer program where kids ages 7–14 learn to build real AI projects — not just use tools, but understand how they work.
Why SparkForge
Every other program teaches kids to use AI. We teach them to build with it — then send them home with projects they actually made.
Every session uses real AI tools — LLMs, image generators, automation builders — not simplified versions. Kids learn what these systems actually are, not just what buttons to press.
Premium production value. Futuristic interface aesthetics. Students feel like they're in an innovation lab — not a Zoom call. We designed the whole experience to feel like the future.
Each student finishes with 5+ AI projects they built themselves: a chatbot, a custom image generator, an automation workflow, and more. A real portfolio, not a certificate.
Three intensive weeks. Weekly live sessions + hands-on builds. Culminates in a Showcase Day where students present their AI projects to parents — the ultimate confidence builder.
All AI tools used are age-appropriate and safety-gated. Parents receive weekly progress updates and can attend any session. We take safety as seriously as we take creativity.
Students earn the SparkForge AI Builder certificate and digital badge upon completion — displayed on their portfolio page and shareable anywhere. Recognition that actually means something.
The Program
Kids discover how AI actually works — not the magic version, but the real mechanics. They learn to prompt effectively and build their first project: a personal AI assistant.
Kids learn to work with AI as a creative partner. They build AI-generated art projects, write stories with AI co-authors, and create content that no human could produce alone.
Kids combine everything to build a real AI-powered project of their own design — with coaching and support. Then they present it on Showcase Day to family and peers.
Final Week
On the final day of the program, students present their AI projects to parents, family, and peers — live. Every child walks away with a completed project, a certificate, and the kind of confidence that only comes from building something real and showing it to people who care.
Enrollment
24 spots. First-come, first-served. We keep every cohort small so every student gets real attention.
What Parents Say
"My daughter went from passive scroller to asking me 'can I build my own AI that does X?' — that's the whole point. SparkForge gave her the spark."
"Most camps are 'look what the robot does.' This camp is 'look what I built.' Huge difference. My son was so proud to show his Showcase Day project."
"I was skeptical about an AI camp for a 7-year-old. I shouldn't have been. The way they teach it — it's not about code, it's about thinking. That's what I wanted."
Questions
Ages 7–14, grouped by experience level. Younger kids focus on AI as a creative tool; older kids go deeper into how AI systems work and build more complex projects.
No. Our curriculum is built for complete beginners. If they can write a sentence and use a browser, they can build AI projects with us.
All AI tools are safety-gated, age-appropriate, and used under supervision. We use mainstream tools (ChatGPT, image generators, etc.) configured for educational use. No raw internet access, no adult content, no data collection.
All sessions are recorded. If you miss a live session, you can watch the replay and still submit the project. We build catch-up time into each week's schedule.
Two 60-minute live sessions per week, plus about 30–60 minutes of independent project work between sessions. That's roughly 3–4 hours per week.
Yes — parents are always welcome in sessions. We also send weekly progress reports so you can follow along even if you're not attending live.
The world is full of people who use AI. SparkForge Academy is for kids who want to be the ones who build it.
"Every child who finishes SparkForge walks away knowing something most adults don't: how to make AI do what they want. That's not a skill. That's a superpower."
